Project Description

Collaborated with Roku’s marketing and community teams to optimize copy across the Roku Community Forum, enhancing visibility and engagement through improved SEO and user experience. The goal was to make self-service help content easier to discover and navigate — ensuring customers could quickly find answers about Roku’s devices and services while reinforcing brand trust.

Key Results/Metrics

  • The Roku Community experienced a 4.81% increase in users from October 2022 – April 2023 compared to the previous six-month period.
  • Average sessions per user decreased by 2.79% and session duration decreased by 4.18%, indicating users were finding solutions more efficiently.
  • Strengthened content discoverability and keyword alignment for Roku’s product help topics.
  • Supported ongoing community engagement and SEO initiatives designed to grow organic visibility and reduce support friction.
