Roku is one of the world’s leading streaming companies. In 2023, I rewrote and optimized content for Roku’s official support portal: Roku Community.

Notable Achievements:

4.81% increase in Roku Community users from 10/22 to 4/23

The Project

I was tasked to rewrite, edit, and add new content if needed for about 30 separate Roku Community pages.

As a result, Roku Community users had an easier time finding answers to their questions seen in the result of decreased help page-related session durations.
